Richmond Berks Review – Another Scam or Legit?

So I was browsing the Warrior Forum today when I received a private message saying "Check this link for the answer to what you seek" followed by the Richmond Berks website with an affiliate link inserted.
Now I don't mind affiliates selling to me as I'm always open to finding new ways to make money online. What I don't like is affiliates not knowing what their affiliating, and just promoting products to get a commission.
So off I went to have a nosy at this new site that will 'answer what I seek'.
My first initial reaction wasn't that exciting. The first page says 'sign up now and receive $110 to start'. Now the 10 years ago me would have jumped straight on that and entered my email without even reading on.
Free money?
Yes please!!
But 30+ me keeps reading...

The 'GUARANTEE' bit does not sit well with me. If the money is used for investing will it really be refunded if you do not like the service down the line? When something is guaranteed it usually isn't, but that's my cynical age coming into play so let's keep going!

Join and get $10? What happend to my $110?
At this point I'm bored and want to get back to Warrior but something tells me to do some research. Since when is 'Getting rich at real estate really easy?' Is that even a proper sentence as it doesn't read write with me?
On further investigation the Richmondberks site explain that they are an international company from 2008 and sold their site and started a new company under the name Richmondberks in 2016. This is very convenient as 2016 is when their site was registered and it's anonymously registered!
There is no mention of the previous company with its 9 years trading history and experience and no information that I could locate regarding the owners John Richmond and Klint Berks?
So after signing up I browse around the dashboard and discover that they have no products or services to sell.
The advise that you can get paid in RBD - Richmond Berks Bonus (RBB) is a bonus currency in Richmond Berks Ltd. Company.
You get a daily percentage profit from the amount of RBB. This percentage depends on current level of company’s capitalization."
They have a few tasks for me to complete in order to get $120 which seems to be the FREE $110 and $10 they advertised before you sign up.
Tasks include:
• Sharing the site with your social network
• Filling up your profile
• Installing the mobile app
• Verifying your phone
• Recording a video
• Subscribing to push notifications
Yes I was confused about the recording a video section too. After inspection It turns out you have to be a VIP member to post a video and the video is a recommendation to potential users.
VIP membership cost a whopping $1000!
There is also a section for affiliates who also have to invest money to participate in the Richmond Berk compensations plan.
The Richmond Berk compensation plan offers 1.4% daily ROI on RBD points and 0.7% on the weekends. If you want to make a withdrawal Richmond Berks will keep 50% of it.
After browsing around for nearly an hour, I cannot see anything to do with real estate except pictures of large buildings that Richmond Berks say they have purchased.
There is however a lot of affiliate info on there, upsells, perks, stories of how people are making thousands every week etc.
Is Richmond Berks a scam?
1.5% on average a day seems ok, but the withdrawal is ridiculous at a 50% fee and every review seems to be by affiliates!
To me this looks and feels like a ponzy scheme and I would tread carefully!
Each to their own, but they won't be getting my $1000!
I hope you enjoyed this review. It's very hard to not get sucked into the dreams of grandeur promises that turn out to be nothing more than gas. Do your research first before handing over any money!
