3. Classified Ads

Online classified ads are a great way to generate leads for FREE. By posting your advert and link in the relevant category you can guarantee to receive hits from customers browsing local for what your business has to offer. From high profiles to local directories adding your link will also help improve you SEO as you will be generating backlinks:

SEO is extremely important for your site to organically be shown in search engines when a customer searches for a keyword relevant to your site and products. It is worth spending time fully optimising your website. To read more visit our SEO page or download our free SEO do it yourself ebook now.

Backlinks are a necessity for any website to be ranked highly on search engines. However, high authority Backlinks out rank low authority Backlinks and if you have too many from low authority sites it will look like spam and your site may be penalised from Google. 5. Forum signature

Join some forums in your niche and start communicating with the readers. Share advice, answer questions and participate well to not get banned for spanning. If you become an active member you can use you signature to link to your website. This in turn will give you a wave of traffic from people interested in your niche because you are commenting in the same field.

6. Publish articles

Article publishing is a great way to generate free traffic for your site. Most blogs and forums offers guest post appearances or sometimes you might see a section that says 'write for us'. These sites usually generate hundreds, if not thousands of views a day, each reader interested in the niche you have selected. If you post an article with a link to your website advising 'to find out more click here', then just imagine the traffic that can pore into your site.

Here at Your Money Site we love this method. Yahoo Answers is a section of Yahoo used for people to ask questions and get answers. Sign up to Yahoo and browse different questions in your niche.

If, for example, your website is in the weight loss niche then type that into the search field. Any questions you see relating to your site answer them. You have to reach level 2 to be able to post your link but please note that Yahoo will ban you if you over use this facility. When you get to level 2 do not use your link for every answer. Sometimes post links to other websites fitting your answer or another page to your website other than the home page but do not post a link for every answer you give.

8.Web submission

Every site will eventually get crawl by the Search Engine bots but submitting your site to be indexed is a faster way of getting your site recognised by Search Engines:

9. Comments

Most blogs, social media platforms, discussion posts and forums have a comments section. Even your favourite newspaper or magazine articles will have them. People enjoy discussing topics with other users as well as reading what people have to say. They best way to use the comments sections without being too spammy or getting blocked is to be an active member. Taking 5 mins a day to log on to your platform and interact with users by leaving a comment or question relating to the subject talked about will help you become an active member and not just someone who logs on to post a link. After 4 or 5 comments spread over a week post your link with a relevant sentence e.g. I used to find it so hard to make money online but this site yourmoneysite.co.uk helped me out!

10. Word of mouth

This is a great way to advertise if your product is relevant to the intended customer. Even if you don't want to let people know that your product is what is being advertised you can advised them on a site that may help and then give them your Site etc.

Always be promoting. They key to having a successful business that brings in constant revenue is constant promotion.

If you don't advertise then people can't find you.

If people can't find you they can't buy what your offering.

If they can't buy what your offering then you have no revenue, simple!
